Who Can Benefit from Shelter Plus Care (S+C)

The Shelter Plus Care (S+C) housing program serves persons with disabilities who do not have a place to live.

What is Shelter Plus Care (S+C)

The Shelter Plus Care (S+C) housing program provides shelter and supportive services, but only pays for shelter.

Other services to support a person are required and must be provided, but the money to pay for them must come from other sources. The other services can include things like mental health counseling, chronic addiction counseling, and health care for persons with AIDS.
