OLRS comments included in proposed Medicaid rule change

Ohio Legal Rights Service (OLRS) submitted comments to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) on proposed changes to a Medicaid rule that provides direction for individual and administrative agency responsibilities. The rule was changed to incorporate OLRS' comments including adding "disability" to the rule's anti-discrimination policy, and removing the denial of assistance in completing an application for those individuals with an authorized representative. The rule will be reviewed by Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR) at the August 24th meeting.
