You are invited to join the OLRS' PAIMI Advisory Council's Leadership Institute
We believe that people who have mental illness can be leaders in a community which promotes and supports their own recovery and the recovery of others. For this reason, we created the Leadership Training Institute which has its purpose
- to promote leadership within the mental health consumer community, and
- to increase self-advocacy skills of consumers and their organizations.
Will you help lead the mental health consumer community to become better than it is?
- Your ideas could improve the mental health consumer community so it better promotes and supports recovery.
- Your skills could guide consumers as they travel the path to recovery.
- Your knack for bringing people together could energize consumers to work as a team.
- Your experiences could give others insight into "what it's all about."
- Your voice could be the voice of the mental health consumer community.
The Leadership Training Institute will provide you with the training you need to become a leader. Contact OLRS' PAIMI Advisory Council, because our best leader might be you!
