The Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work program is for people with disabilities who receive Social Security benefits and who want to earn income by working. You can use your ticket to get vocational rehabilitation, job training and job placement services from employment service providers of your choice.
The Ticket to Work program offers work incentives that protect Social Security and other benefits while returning to work. The program pays for employment-related services to people with disabilities who receive Social Security benefits and also offers employment-related protection and advocacy services through the Ohio Legal Rights Service through the Protection and Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security (PABSS) program.
WIPA (Work Incentives Planning and Assistance) providers are experts in Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Supplemental Security Disability Income (SSDI) benefits and Social Security Administration work incentive rules. WIPA providers can help you plan your return to work. Learn more about WIPA
